The process starts with your concept. Some clients arrive with detailed drawings or digital references. Others have only a feeling or theme — a family crest, an industrial aesthetic, a nature motif. We work collaboratively to develop the design, refine proportions, and choose the right metal and finish for the intended environment. For complex pieces, we may create a small-scale mock-up before committing to full fabrication.

Fabrication techniques for artistic work include hand-forming, plasma cutting, TIG welding for precision joints, forging for textured surfaces, and grinding and polishing for smooth contemporary finishes. We also apply patinas, rust treatments, clear coats, and powder coatings depending on whether the piece will live indoors or outdoors.
